Tip - 25. Parable of the Soils (Luke 8:4-21)

Introduction While I was a student in seminary, I went through one of those typical stages through which the immature pass. I was convinced that all the seminary needed to teach was “content,” and that they should do away with all of the “methods” courses. One of the methods courses I felt was unnecessary was that of homiletics, teaching men how to deliver their sermons. One day I found an ally, a fellow-student who felt just as strongly on this matter as I did.
