Tip - 6 Types of Springboard and Platform Diving

Six types of dives and used in springboard and platform diving. Four of these types involve rotating, or somersaulting in relation to the diving board or platform. A fifth type involves adding twists to a dive, and the sixth uses an armstand to begin dives from the platform.
