Tip - Be particular about background noise even if it is not very loud

Even if you don't have a lot of background noise you might not realize that mics pick up even the faintest of sounds. If you are at home, make sure you close all windows and the door to your room if you don't want your interviewer listening things you'd rather he didn't.
