Tip - Caramel Biscoff Blossoms

I bake oodles of cookies throughout the month of December and decided to put a twist on the classic peanut blossoms by making Caramel Biscoff Blossoms. Biscoff Cookie Spread was used in place of peanut butter, then between the cookie and the Hershey's Kiss, I couldn't resist a dollop of caramel.
