Tip - Chocolate & Brandy Truffle Torte

Not only is this rich torte a piece of chocolate heaven, it’s also incredibly quick and easy. Good on its own but even better with dairy-free ice cream or a simple fruit coulis (simmer berry fruit and thicken with 1-2 tsp arrowroot dissolved in cold water). Liquid Glucose is easy to find in larger branches of most supermarkets. These work well in little individual ramekins too. NB We've made it with all dark chocolate - deep and rich. However, if you fancy a lighter taste, try splitting the quantities between dark and vegan milk chocolate such as Moo-free or Organica Couverture.
