Delicious High Protein Smoothie Recipes

I recently bought myself a blender for the office and I've tried to experiment with things that I would "think" taste good however it turned out to be very ugly tasting... would be very nice to get some tips on good recipes that I can use, it must be high in protein and reasonably high in carbohydrates too - trying to keep down on sugars but I guess I'll take everything I can get. Your tips are appreciated :)
