Dinner Tonight: Don't like pumpkin pie? Try this Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake

I have to admit I do not like pumpkin pie. Never have and never will. I have tried everyone’s grandmother’s “famous” recipe and had it at fancy restaurants.
