Tip - Don't embarrass them, especially infront of other people

You might not think of it as a big deal but teens can be very sensitive to such situations. If you have to say something stern, do so in private. Don't embarrass them in front of others, and not in front of their friends at all. Once you give them this respect, they will return the favor.
