Tip - How Can I Live with a Slob?

Dear Lifehacker, I love my roommate, except for one thing that's starting to drive me crazy: The messes he leaves everywhere and the hoards of stuff he's collected to the point where I feel our house is only filled with clutter. And he doesn't do anything to help tidy up. How can I make this work?
