Tip - How can I convert WMA to MP3 for playback on my new phone?

I have a lot of music files but they are in .WMA format and I want to convert all these files to MP3 format (with standard audio quality) so I can listen to them on my phone. Do you know of a free audio converter for Windows that can help? Thanks
