How to Autopost WordPress Articles to Facebook

Is there a way I can get my all latest articles directly posted up to my facebook profiles as well as fan page. I got like 3 accounts so I want my articles to be posted up on all 3 profiles and the fan page at the same time with the image and link to the site.

Dlvr.it is a great service which works differently from Wordpress plugins. You enter your RSS feed and the updates on the feed are posted on your social networks. They have different paid packages but you can also sign up for free.
