If it came down to it, would you be willing to rip your toilet seat off of its hinges to beat down a frenzied meth addict? You'd better be prepared to answer 'yes' to that question if you're going to take a swing at Condemned 2: Bloodshot. The sequel to Monolith and SEGA's Xbox 360 launch title returns to the seedy underworld for more first-person melee combat with a hint of horror. Ok, it's more than a hint. Condemned 2 offers up the same formula that made the first game a success and tackles every criticism levelled at the franchise with success in most areas. It's not the perfect sequel, but it'll do for those of us that found the first a refreshing alternative to the standard first-person formula.

Tip 3 - Oro

The Oro are a cultist group striving for world domination. The Oro already exhibit some control over the citizens of Metro City, and, possibly other areas of the world. Cult members use horribly disfiguring and agonizing metal implants to tune their "voices". The vibrations emitted by Oro members can destroy flesh and bone. Brain tissues are highly susceptible to Oro "voices" which can cause naturally sadistic and violent individuals to become mindless killing machines, unable to be reasoned...

Tip 4 - The Butcher

The Butcher is a boss enemy encountered in Condemned: Criminal Origins. She is an insane, 7-foot tall, morbidly obese cafeteria worker who wields a cleaver. She is fought in the freezer of St. Joseph's Secondary School. The Butcher appears early on in the school level, taunting the player and sending out crawlers. The player ultimately confronts her after walking into the freezer about halfway through the level.
