RealtyTrac lists foreclosed and lis pendens properties. If you are a member of RealtyTrac and would like to unsubscribe from the service, you can easily do so at their website. You will lose access to the listings at the start of the next billing cycle, but will continue to receive any newsletters to which you are currently subscribed.
