While it might sound complex, creating a rounded border with a customized radius on each corner is straightforward in Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. To begin, create a border with rounded corners using the Rounded Rectangle Tool. After it's set up, you can specify the radius for the corners and even apply a different radius for each corner.
