There seems to be a lot of controversy over the proper way to eat sunflower seeds, and with baseball season starting up again, we wanted to get to the bottom of this issue. To begin, do you buy shelled or unshelled? Salted or unsalted? Do you put them in your mouth one at a time, or eat them by the handful?
