Tip 3 - Trail of Tears State Forest

Forest hike on forest fire trails (fairly wide and not overgrown). There are connecting trails between the fire lanes that usually drop down into the hollows and connect ridge top fire trails. You can do loop trails, out and back or point-to-point.
