I have Win 7 and an f4140, which I've had several years. This problem started today. I can't get it to print, not even a test page. The E light is on in Start Copy and the Black/Photo light is blinking. I have remove the cartridges and then put them back in. The only specific error I've got fro...

HP Deskjet F4140 Software for Windows 8.1 (64bit) throws a runtime error upon launching program. Downloaded three separate times. PC is a brand new out of the box for 30 minutes Toshiba Satellite S55-A5295.
