Hi,i have an acer aspire 5315 when i switch it on the acer logo appears and at the bottom left of the screen it says press f2 to go to set up then prepare boot to os,then says windows failed to start

Tip 2 - ACER aspire laptop screen is black and non responsive!! HELP!!!

When I turn my laptop on it just says acer then the little loading circle underneath then one beep then the screen is black and then nothing!! I've tried alt-f10, ctrl-alt-del. making the battery go
