Tip - How to clone an ide drive to a sata drive on xp pro sp3

I need to clone an IDE drive to a SATA drive on xp pro sp3. All older threads are at least 4 years old....this must have gotten easier. Old drive is a Western Digital IDE120 gb and new drive is a 2T
