Great recipe for Cheesecake for Dieters (55 Calories). While I was pregnant, I looked for snacks made with Lakanto. I really wanted to have some cheesecake. This is a moist and smooth cheesecake. When making the cream cheese, let the yogurt drain for at least 12 hours. You can use the leftover whey from making the cream cheese in a yogurt drink or bake it in bread It will make bread fluffy.
