Outlook use PST or Personal Folder files to store emails, contacts, calendar data, and more. As time goes by, your PST file grows larger and larger. You will notice that Outlook tends to work slower, more time is required at startup, and at times Outlook stops responding for a short period. It is always a good idea to reduce your PST file size for better Outlook performance.
