Personally, I am not trying to build any muscle at all right now but I am surrounded by men (i.e. my husband or brothers) who are obsessed with muscles and mass. I don't agree with supplements, but I do agree with increasing the intake of protein foods. For example, eating more of the heavy protein based foods like beans, meats, chicken, fish, by the way flava beans are really good. Oh, before I forget eggs are also helpful.
