Mark Stoops, Bobby Petrino both to appear at Governor's Cup luncheon

In a change from last year, Kentucky football coach Mark Stoops plans to attend the annual Governor's Cup luncheon and press conference on June 3 in Frankfort to discuss the rivalry game with Louisville.
