Organization Tips for Every Room in the House

I have been wanting to reorganize my interior and any tips from you guys would be appreciated. My focus this time is to create more space and remove the clutter in my house. How do you suggest every room should be organized?

Tip 1 - Use Tables with Drawers

If you are going to be placing any tables in your room or the living room, try to get ones with drawers so you can put things into them and save space. A table which only serves as a table is wasting valuable space.

Tip 2 - I love baskets and trust me they are very handy.

I love baskets and trust me they are very handy.

If you have space on top of your kitchen cabinets to place baskets, then trust me it is a space-saver option to use. In the bathroom you can also do the same thing, place your extra toilet rolls in the small baskets. Also, you can roll small towels and place them in a basket. Match the baskets with the colour theme of each room.

Tip 3 - Place Your Bed Near a Window

If possible, the back panel of your bed should be against a wall with a window, this way you will be saving space and still have that wonderful morning light when you wake up.

Tip 4 - Make Good Use of the Walls

Most people forget that using walls means you don't have to fill up your floor. If you want to redo and organize your home try to use the walls more than you do now.

Tip 5 - Get shower caddies for your bathroom

You should get shower caddies for your bathroom so you can organize your toothbrush, pastes, body wash, shampoos and soap etc. Look at the ones I am linking you to.

Tip 6 - For Laundry Room use standing steamer

LAUNDRY ROOM

This room can be extremely productive -- so long as everything is in its proper place. Here are five tips to make sure the laundry room is as efficient as possible.

Designate a spot for everything you need for your laundry sessions: stain remover, detergent, dryer sheets etc.

If you have extra shelving, use your laundry room to fold clothes and towels, then place on them on shelves organized by room (bathroom, linen closet, kids' rooms, etc.). Delegate "putting away" duties to the appropriate family members.

If you don't have the space for a full iron, consider some great standing steamer options available on the market. Consider a portable or handheld one that you can tuck in a cabinet when not in use.
