Tip - Paul Draper, Aristocrat of Tap Dancing, Is Dead at 86

Paul Draper, whose stylish tap dancing to classical music made him an international star in the 1930's and 40's, died yesterday at his home in Woodstock, N.Y. He was 86. The cause was emphysema, said his daughter Pamela Draper.
