Tip - Schedule your routine and hold yourself accountable to avoid burnout
People usually throw in the towel, when they have no aim or objective. When losing weight its all about consistency don't expect to lose fat just like that because the fat didn't appear in days either - it took months for it to appear. You'll need to work twice as hard to see the difference in your body. Hold yourself accountable, write everything down. Get better and push yourself in the gym weekly.
