Tip - Slab foundations vs crawl space

hi,   we're looking to place an offer on a property tomorrow, and it seems to have a slab foundation as opposed to a crawl space. The inspection didnt find any issues with the foundation, but its a 50 year old property.  What are the pros and cons of crawl space vs foundation?   From googling around...
