I am a new marketing student and was told to follow reputable marketing and social media blogs to enhance my knowledge. Searching on google brings up a lot of results but I want to know which blogs or websites are actually worth following and reading in regards to marketing knowledge.

Under the social media section of Mashable there isn't one specific writer, reporter or editor pushing out news over articles daily but there is a good pool of social media savy people. I think you should be able to get some really good stuff from there on what's happening and how tos related to social media.
