Tip - Stray and Feral Cats

Free-roaming cats can be found in all types of geographic areas and neighborhoods around the globe. Some cats spend time both outdoors and indoors with their familes. Others live outdoors but are fed by caretakers, and others still are lost, abandoned or feral.
