Tip - Times New Roman font will not print on HP Officejet Pro 8610

My new HP Officejet Pro 8610 will not print documents, spreadsheets, or printer test pages containing Times New Roman font (of any size).  It does not put a job in the print queue.  In Excel, I receive the "Generic_2_Q294552"  error message.   My setup:  An HP Pavilion Elite computer NY809AV-ABA e91...
