Tip - UK housing market hearing up again, surveyors expects increases of 6%

Prices rose by an average of 2.7 per cent, the latest study by Halifax suggests, to a new record high of £204,674. Surveyors expect prices to continue rising.  I guess making it on the property owner list is not going to be possible for people like me who can't afford buying a house.
