I have been hitting the gym lately and a guy told me to  take supplements to gain mass fast. I know there can be side effects and all but what exactly happens when we take supplements and what are things I should keep in mind if I decide to take them.

Supplementing is a must in the times we are living, where we are on the go all the time, for example if you don't have time to eat your greens then theres supplements out there that contain the same greens so all you need to do is drink it down however obviously supplements are never the same as the real thing but they're a great substitute and you know the saying "something is better than nothing"
