Tip - What are the Cheaper Alternatives to Invisible Fence?

We had a representative from Invisible Fence come out the other day and give us a quote.  I almost fell off my chair when he told us it would costs us $2701 {with tax} to have one installed...holy canolies, that is expensive!  It broke down like this...
