I want to know what the benefits are of drinking water, more extensive tips other than the common benefits which I already know; keeps you hydrated... what else do you benefit from by drinking good amounts of water per day.

During my travels, I find it keeps me hydrated and well. I naturally become so thirsty when I travel. On the Emirates screens during your flight, they also advise you to drink lots of water. A Downfall with drinking lots of water are the overwhelming trips to the toilet which may have long line-ups. But, hey it keeps you healthy during the long flights.
