The disappearance of Malaysian Flight MH370 is both sad and intriguing. Even with the collaboration of multiple countries the plane is no where to be found. What tips would you give investigators to locate the missing plane?
My only guess is this was an inside job from advance, the control room says they got no signals... I would guess they only messed up there systems deliberately and the pilot or hijackers have taken the plane.
Aren't all planes supposed to carry black boxes which are pretty hard to destroy and shut down. They record every movement and control command I think. Whatever happened to this flight's box?
Satellites cover the whole world now and when it is possible to locate terrorists and what not, why can't planes be located?
Submarines can be used to dive deep into the Indian ocean or suspected waters and confirm whether there is any wreckage showing up on their sonars.
If the flight did crash into the ocean, the ocean currents probably moved the debris and search should be based on where it could be now. Moreover, the search should now focus underwater and not on the surface.
