Tip - a buyer wants to pay using a friend's paypal account

A buyer won an auction tonight.  He wrote me that he has paypal but it "doesn't work right now."  He asked if he can use his friend's paypal account to pay.  How would I go about doing this?  Is this even possible?  Are there any risks involved for me by accepting payment from a paypal account that ...
