Tip - which one to buy to install HDMI port to my HP desktop w/ these specs?

I want to install HDMI port on my desktop so that I can hook it up with TV and watch videos.
I do have a VGA outpout but since VGA doesn't support sound and my TV doesn't support sound from PC exce
